NTZ bypass filters remove all metal particulate, soot and carbon, silicon blow-by, water, antifreeze and other toxins from oil larger than 0.5 microns. This fine filtration keeps oil running pure at all times and reduces engine wear dramatically while preserving the viscosity of oil. This allows for greatly extended oil drain intervals and provides savings in oil (up to 80%) and maintenance costs. They are easy to install with no attachments to the engine or change in oil pressure, although oil operating temperature is reduced by 9-18°F (5-10°C). NTZ bypass filters are also environmentally beneficially and have EcoLogo certification from Envrionment Canada. Testing has proved to lower emissions, increase fuel mileage and reduce waste oil.
