 With our order form/payment page ordering your products couldn't be any easier. Just refer to our QUICK CHART just to the right. Then utilizes the payment option you want, and follow the instructions. Your items will be shipped the day your order is received. Allow 7-10 days for delivery. Note: Cost Per Mile does not take orders over the phone. We will only honor payments in US currency.
